Difference between game representation and desired look:

The helmet Detail from the game was sufficient, until did an AMAZING sketch that really captured my character. I inked and colored the picture, and it is also one of my deviations. I ran with that theme with the commissions and personal artwork of Iggy after that point.

As you can see from the clip of the sketch in ink and then color, Alex took the orange helmet detail and converted it into a more fire-themed concept.


Powers: A BRIEF synopsis.

IGNIITUS (Ign-eye-tus)
Fire/Fire Tanker, Guardian Server, City of Heroes

Igniitus' powers are pyrokinetic, meaning he can manipulate the speed of the molecules around himself. By speeding up the molecules, he can generate intense heat. Unlike say, the Human Torch, however, Igniitus' control over these molecules grants him enhanced control. For instance, while protected by his fire shields, he can still grab, or hold a person or object, without burning/melting that, unless that is his intent. To clarify, if someone shot at Igniitus, his fire shield would incinerate the bullets before impact, etc.

Through intense concentration, he can focus his fire into attacks, and can even conjure a blade of fire through concentration. He control over molecules only extends in the vicinity immediately around him, so he could not successfully "throw" a fire ball. He can, though, focus his heat into intense "heat vision" from his eyes, though the range is not great.

Again, just some basic and brief background, to supplement the characters images.
